Web Analyst

We're looking for aWeb Analyst to become part of a top-tier global company specializing in membership, leisure travel, hospitality, consumer finance, and subscription services. The successful consultant must be flexible enough to adjust their schedule to work until 1 pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot GA4 and GTM organization-wide, covering tagging, configurations, and general upkeep
• Develop and resolve issues with data layer events and custom tracking needs
• Draft technical specification documents at the development level, detailing event names, variables, and sample payloads
• Test new website and app releases to confirm proper functioning of analytics and marketing tags
• Diagnose and resolve tracking problems involving GA4, GTM, APIs, cookies, redirects, and SPAs
• Deploy and maintain third-party platforms such as FullStory, Qualtrics, Quantum Metric, Simon Data, Google Ads, and marketing pixels
• Manage consent and privacy tracking through OneTrust
• Collaborate with marketing, business, and product teams to identify measurement requirements and design appropriate methodologies
• Uphold data quality standards through QA processes, verifying the data layer and configured events function correctly
• Work alongside development, product, marketing, and other stakeholders during new site launches, feature rollouts, and analytics upgrades

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years working in web analytics
• Strong command of GA4 and GTM, encompassing tagging, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Ability to construct and debug data layer events and custom tracking solutions
• Strong writing skills for development-level technical specification documents
• Solid grasp of tracking challenges related to APIs, cookies, redirects, and SPAs
• Working knowledge of third-party tools including FullStory, Qualtrics, Quantum Metric, Simon Data, and Google Ads
• Familiarity with consent and privacy tracking practices via OneTrust
• B2-level English language skills
