Join Our Team as a Seaworld Explorer Crew Member!

Are you passionate about the ocean, adventure, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic and motivatedCrew Member to join our Seaworld Explorer team and be part of an exciting, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring passenger safety, delivering engaging tours, and supporting vessel operations. Your role will include:

• Assisting with passenger handling and ensuring comfort and safety onboard.

• Acting as a lookout and supporting the Captain in maneuvering the semi-submersible vessel.

• Delivering professional narrations of the marine environment, points of interest, and Atlantis in multiple languages.

• Leading quality tours with scripts, music, and guest interaction.

• Performing vessel preparation, cleaning, and light maintenance.

• Supporting emergency and safety procedures, always prioritizing guest well-being.

• Assisting in growth initiatives and occasionally performing Diver or Deckhand duties.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum EPB or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.

• Experience: At least 3 years of working experience, including direct guest interaction.

• Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication (oral and written).

  • Demonstrated customer service skills.

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, deadlines, and physically demanding conditions (including enclosed spaces and onboard moving vessels).

  • Physically fit to perform rescue and evacuation procedures.
