Service Specialist Shared Services

We are looking for a Service Specialist for theSharedServicesTeam.  

In this role you will be: 

• Responsible for in-house coordination of customer onboarding processes together with our excellent team. Inaddition you will be dealing with customer change requests, and other inquiries affecting thecustomersubscriptions and services. 

• Document control, archive responsibility,MasterData and CRMupdates and administrative support of all business processes related to Nord Pool’s customers. 

• Present and advise on products and services to existing and prospective customers in close collaboration with our sales team or other stakeholders. 

• Drive or contribute to ad hoc priorities orprojects  within the Operations team asrequired. 

• Delivering of excellent customer service duringday to day operations through a ticket system,phone or email 

• Support with the billing process. 

Role Requirements 

• Higher education completed, or equivalent relevant experience. We also encourage recent graduates to apply. 

• Experience with IT systems for Service management,CRM and document control. 

• Experience from developing,streamlining and mapping customer journeys and business processes, and translating these into efficientback office business processes or customer experiences. 

• Excellent Customer Service skills. 

• Excellent communication skills and fluent inboth Norwegian and English 

• Interest and experience inuse of AI tools. 

• Knowledge and understanding of the power market is an advantage but not a requirementas long as there is an interestto learn.
