About the role 

As a Working Student - Product Data & Analytics, you willsupport our RX Product Domainby helping Product Managers make data-driven decisions through analytics, reporting, experimentation, andAI-enabled insights. Working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and AI specialists, you will analyse productand customer data, evaluateproduct performance, and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions that improveourproductsandcustomer experience. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience inProduct Analyticswithin one ofEurope's leading eHealth companies. You'll work in acollaborative, international,andagile environmentwhere you'll learn from experienced colleagues, develop practical skills inanalyticsand AI, and make a meaningful impact while balancing your studies.

About your tasks

• Analyzeproduct andcustomer data to identifytrends,opportunities, andactionable insights.
• Builddashboards andreports usingPower BI orTableau to monitorproduct performance andbusiness KPIs.
• Supportproduct experiments by preparingdatasets, measuringoutcomes, and evaluatingfeature performance.
• Collaborate withProduct Managers,Software Engineers,UX Designers, andAI specialists to developdata-driven product improvements.
• Explore and applyAI tools, includingGenerative AI, to improveinternal processes andcustomer experience.
• Presentanalytical findings andrecommendations totechnical andnon-technical stakeholders.
• Documentanalyses,experiment results, andbest practices to supportcontinuous improvement.

About you 

You are curious, analytical, andeager to learn. You enjoy working withdata, solving business problems, andcollaboratingwith others to turn insights into better products. 

• Currently enrolled in aBachelor's or Master's degree inData Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence,or a related field.  

• You have experience analyzing data through university projects, internships, or personal projects.  

• You havestrong analytical thinkingwith the ability topresent dataandcommunicate insights clearly.  

• You have experience withExcelanddata visualization tools such asPower BIorTableau, as well as anunderstanding of KPIs and business metrics.  

• You have aninterest in AI technologiesand practical experience using tools such asChatGPT or other Generative AI applications.  

• You have basic knowledge ofPythonandSQLis a plus, as is familiarity withDatabricks,BigQuery,Jira, orConfluence.  

• You have Fluent English skillsand having German language is a plus
