About the role:
TheWorking Student, IT Transformation & Governancesupports the continuous improvementof IT transformation and governance processes by contributing todigitalisation, automation and project delivery initiatives. The role assists indeveloping digital solutions, improving project transparency andenabling efficient collaboration across IT and business teams. Working closely withTransformation Managersandcross-functional stakeholders, the position contributes to the adoption ofAI-enabled andlow-code automationsolutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Success is measured by the quality of deliveredsolutions, process improvements and thereliable execution of assigned initiatives.

About your tasks:

• Support IT transformation initiatives by coordinating assigned activities and contributing to the successful delivery of strategic projects.  

• Develop AI-enabled solutions and digital automations to streamline recurring project management and governance activities, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.  

• Designand implement digital workflows, reporting solutions and collaboration tools that enhance project transparency and operational effectiveness.  

• Identify and optimise repetitive processes by leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve productivity and user experience.  

• Buildand continuously improve digital solutions that support knowledge management, documentation and information sharing across IT Transformation initiatives. 

• Evaluateand pilot emerging digital technologies and automation capabilities to support continuous improvement within the IT Transformation & Governance function.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, test digital solutions and support the adoption of new ways of working.  

• Contribute to project governance by maintaining high-quality documentation, reporting and knowledge assets that support informed decision-making. 

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in aBachelor's or Master's programme inBusiness, Information Technology or a related field.  

• Youdemonstrate interest inIT organisations, digital transformation, AI andprocess automation.  

• You have initial experience through university projects, internships or personal projects involvingautomation, digital solutions or project managementis advantageous.  

• You have basic understanding ofAI, workflow automation anddigital collaboration technologies.  

• You have basic knowledge of project collaboration tools(e.g. Jira, Confluence)and Microsoft 365 applications, particularlyExceland PowerPoint.  

• You have the ability todeveloporconfigure simple automationanddigital workflow solutions using low-codeorAI-enabled platforms.  

• You have an analytical mindsetwith the ability to identify opportunities forprocess improvementandautomation. 

• You have astructuredandproactiveworking style withstrong organisational skills.  

• You have afluent communication skills inEnglishandGerman, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
