With an aging population, an overburdened radiology workforce, and over 30% of the world's data being generated in healthcare, the use of AI in clinical environments is gaining traction. State-of-the-art AI algorithms can automate up to 60% of diagnosis workflows, positively impacting patient outcomes. However, implementing AI in radiology is difficult due to the lack of powerful infrastructure and MLOps tooling.

We aim to solve this problem by creating the foundational layer of AI in radiology. This will enable any AI team to go from raw data to FDA-cleared AI. Our current focus is on developing advanced medical imaging annotation tools. From 2024, we will also work on creating tools for other aspects of the MLOps stack.

The medical domain involves sensitive data where security and privacy are important concerns. RedBrick AI maintains a variety of compliances including: HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR.


We are looking for someone experienced in managing a compliance and security program to join our team.

Qualifications:
- Deep experience with AWS administration
- Experience and familiarity with network security
- Have managed a companies transition to ISO or SOC2 certifications.

Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain our compliance posture on Vanta
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of teammembers to software applications and access.
- Monitor IT security including our AWS environment

This position is only open for in office work in Bangalore, India.
