We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Representative to join our team. The role is 100%remote.

What You’ll Do:

✅Lead technical interviews for U.S. job placements on behalf of our sales representatives.
✅Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
✅Attend daily standups & scrum meetings to manage ongoing U.S. projects.
✅Advise and mentor engineers on technical best practices.

🔹Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
🔹7+ years of software development experience.
🔹3+ years in a lead or architect role.
🔹Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
🔹 Expertise inC#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Angular.
🔹 Strongcommunication and leadership skills.
