As our Client Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with Recurve’s Solutions Managers and engage cross-divisionally to ensure process efficiency, high-quality deliverables, and superior program implementation to support complex projects from inception to completion. This role will be fast-paced and support several programs/solutions with project pipeline organization, reporting, database maintenance, program documentation, and other general administration. The following list serves as a summary of the typical functions of this job role, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities.

Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative and project support for Aggregator Managers and Solutions Managers.
    • Review efficiency projects submitted to Recurve programs to ensure required documentation is provided; maintain project records in Recurve’s CRM/database.
    • Support regular and ad-hoc reporting requests.
    • Monitor progress and schedules to ensure program (non-software) deliverables are completed on time.
    • Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on client meetings.
    • Update and maintain program documentation.
    • Identify and institute processes to increase operational efficiency across programs.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of industry experience in demand-side management programs, such as energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed generation/storage. Other experience in clean energy will also be considered.
    • 3+ years of cross-functional project coordination.
    • Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree from an accredited school OR an additional 2 years of cross-functional project coordination experience.
    • Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
    • Highly motivated to identify opportunities and gaps and proactively develop solutions.
    • “Startup DNA” and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, jumping in wherever is needed to get projects over the finish line.
    • Superior organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities that may change suddenly.

Bonus Points, But Not Required

    • Bachelor’s degree and/or Advanced degree in energy or sustainability-related subject matter.
    • Willing to travel 1-2x per year for team meetups.
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
