Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA) is a private non-profit corporation, organized and designated by the State of Ohio to be the planning, coordinating and administrative agency for federal and state aging programs in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina Counties.Ā It is one of twelve Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) in the state organized together with local service provider organizations and the Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) to form the state's public aging services network.Ā The network works together to create opportunities for older Ohioan's to receive needed home and community services and supports; and to age successfully in their own homes and communities.

Position Summary:Ā The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and executing the organizationās full-cycle recruitment process. This position coordinates the administrative and operational aspects of talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development, this role ensures the integrity of recruitment workflows, maintains accurate data within hiring systems, and supports strategic hiring initiatives across clinical and non-clinical functions.

Job Duties:
Ā
RecruitmentCoordination&Administration
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics across multiple departments
- Serve as the primary liaison among candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisitionteam
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and statusupdates
- Prepareanddistributeofferletters,onboardingdocumentation,andpre-employmentmaterials
- Ensureahigh-qualitycandidateexperiencefromapplicationthroughonboarding

Talent AcquisitionOperations
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screeningcoordination
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and provide status updates, reports, and analytics toleadership
- Track key performance metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and offer acceptancerates
- Assistinmaintainingcompliancewithorganizationalpoliciesandapplicableemploymentregulations

Systems & DataManagement
- Use ATS platforms and resume databases to manage candidate workflows anddocumentation
- Generaterecruitmentreportsanddashboardstosupportstrategicworkforceplanning
- Ensuredataintegrityandconsistencyacrossrecruitmentandonboardingsystems
- Maintain and organize Talent Acquisition documentation in shared folders, keeping recordscurrent

Process Improvement &Support
- Identifyopportunitiestostreamlinerecruitmentprocessesandimproveefficiency
- Supporttheimplementationofrecruitmenttechnologiesandautomationtools
- Assist with special projects related to workforce development and talentstrategy
Qualifications
Education
- Associateās degreerequired
- Preferred field of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relateddiscipline
Experience
- Minimumoftwoyearsofexperienceinrecruitmentcoordination,HRsupport,ortalentacquisition operations
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databasesrequired
- Experience with Paycom online payroll and a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)preferred
