Office Assistant

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Prepare meeting rooms before meetings and clean them afterward.
• Manage pantry supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and office supplies when required.
• Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
• Handle office equipment and company property carefully.
• Follow workplace health, safety, hygiene, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum secondary-school education preferred.
• Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.

• Presentable, polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to perform general support duties.
