Our client is a global AI-powered Revenue Operations company supporting some of the world's leading AdTech, CTV, Retail, Consumer and Publishing businesses. With 3,000+ employees across multiple international offices, they help clients optimize digital advertising through technology, automation and operational excellence.
They're looking for aSpanish-speaking Customer Success Specialist with hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly withinGoogle Ad Manager.
What you'll do
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns from launch through completion.
Monitor campaign delivery, pacing and performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues alongside technical teams.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Act as the operational point of contact for clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign efficiency and execution.
What we're looking for
2-4 years' experience in Media Operations, Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, Account Management or Client Success.
Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (essential).
Experience working with display advertising campaigns.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau or DSPs such as DV360 is considered a plus.
Fluent English andnative or fluent French.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
