Full life cycle – manage candidates from end-to end, high volume, working with HM, candidates, 40 days cycle, could help w/ sourcing, operation roles
Review applications, conduct phone screening, manager interview process through 3 steps, manage offer process, POC for candidate during onboarding, high in bound – a little bit of sourcing
