Job Description:
Identifies, sources, and engages with passive candidates through proactive outreach strategies including Boolean searches, LinkedIn recruiting, networking, and talent mapping. Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Evaluates candidates for role fit based on technical qualifications, experience, and leadership principles before presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams.
Partners with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
May require a bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
Demonstrates knowledge of sourcing tools, candidate engagement techniques, and talent market trends.
Works with guidance from senior team members and follows established sourcing methodologies. Typically reports to a Recruiting Manager or Senior Recruiter.
