Recruiter Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with recruiting technology, administrative support, job board access.

Key Qualifications
Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition OR Master’s degree and 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to work in a matrix centric environment
• A proven track record in recruiting and staffing.
• Business development ability
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• The ability to develop business relationships with client companies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of an industry or specialty area in which they can recruit.
• Self-motivation and the discipline to work independently.
