Rapaport Trade is the premier online marketplace for professional diamond buyers and sellers, offering a cloud-based platform for sourcing diamonds, pricing insights, and market analysis. We help our clients make informed decisions with industry-leading tools and data. We’re expanding our product team and looking for a UI Designer to help create a modern, intuitive user experience across the platform. 

The Role 
 

We’re looking for a hands-on UX/UI Designer with strong UX instincts to design clean, functional, and user-friendly interfaces. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll focus on crafting high-quality user experiences across web and mobile, working closely with product managers and developers to bring designs to life. This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who cares deeply about usability, clarity, and visual consistency. 

Responsibilities 

UI/UX Design 

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products  

• Translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs  

• Improve usability and simplify complex workflows within the platform  

• Ensure consistency across the product through strong visual and interaction design  

• Apply UX best practices around hierarchy, accessibility, and responsiveness  

Design Systems & Collaboration 

• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and component library  

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs  

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user behavior, and testing  

• Collaborate with product and engineering to refine features and improve the user experience  

Requirements 

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS or marketplace products  

• Strong portfolio showcasing practical UI work and UX thinking   

• Solid understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture  

• Experience designing complex systems or data-heavy interfaces  

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma or similar)  

• Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints  

• Strong attention to detail and consistency  

• Must Include Portfolio 

Hybrid 2-3 days a week in Ramat Gan
