Your new role
As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of our Global HR Legal team in Denmark that is on an ongoing basis working closely together with Group Rewards, Group Data Privacy and HR colleagues in the monitoring and ensuring of global HR legal compliance. The head office is located in Copenhagen, and you will report to the Head of Global HR Legal – Kristine Friis Nolsø. You can expect an inclusive work environment that permits you to work with a high degree of independence as well as an open learning environment with a key focus on truly delivering as a team . Your working hours will be 12-15 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Conducting global legal information research within employment law
  • Monitoring new employment legislation and case law globally
  • Assisting with preparation and updating of employment related legal documents, including employee handbook, policies and templates
  • Assisting our Global Team (Rewards and HR Legal) e.g. in relation to global incentive programs, data privacy work and legal aspects of global HR projects
  • Assisting on legal ad hoc matters independently with support from the team
  • Assisting in preparing for meetings

About you

  • You are currently studying a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3rd year) or master’s degree in law
  • You are structured with a high level of attention to detail
  • You can work independently and proactively
  • You have good English communications skills both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with employment law is an advantage but not a requirement
