​Your new roleÂ
​We´re looking for a passionate new colleague to help us tell our story and attract the best talent. As our Employer Branding Project Manager for Ramboll in the Nordics, you will support our overarching ambition to be the partner for sustainable change for our clients and stakeholders by helping us position Ramboll as a workplace. You will be responsible for driving employer branding events and campaigns and you will get to produce content that sparks the interest of our talent audiences. You will work closely with employer branding colleagues as well as colleagues in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Communication & Marketing to nurture a cohesive and positive employee experience. Â
​Your key responsibilities will be:Â
- Drive career fairs and digital employer branding webinars from strategic outline to practical execution. You might not be a seasoned project manager yet but aspiring to be oneÂ
- ​Craft compelling social media concepts and content across the Nordics conveying Ramboll´s employer value proposition Â
- ​Develop mini digital campaigns towards key audiencesÂ
- ​​Guide colleagues in the Nordics on our branded materials​Â
- ​Support content targeting our wider social media audience in DenmarkÂ
​Â
​About youÂ
- Track-record as project manager on successful brand enhancing events in the Nordics  Â
- Strong communication skills converting content strategies to impactful formats based on insightsÂ
- Hands-on experience with social media campaigns (organic and paid), content and video productionÂ
- ​​Relevant educational background in communication, marketing or equivalent qualificationÂ
- Experience working in international teamsÂ
- Excellent English skills​Â

The position is a fixed-term role running from August 2026 – or as soon as possible – to May 2027, with the possibility of new opportunities arising in our global Communication & Marketing function once the term concludes. Â
