- Translate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into concrete production plans and -ordersĀ
- Determine production sequences based on demand, priorities, material availability and capacityĀ
- Determine service order sequences based on demand, priorities and material availability
- Plan people, machines, tooling and test capacity and identify bottlenecksĀ
- Manage and monitor production- and service orders, follow up on progress and proactively replan when disruptions occurĀ
- Coordinate priority changes and escalate risks impacting delivery datesĀ
- Monitor material availability and coordinate shortages and priorities with Operational PurchasingĀ
- Monitor planning adherence, throughput, lead time and WIPĀ
- Analyse disruptions and improve planning parameters and processesĀ
- Report on production performance and planning results
- MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Planning or a related fieldĀ
- Experience in production planning or a similar planning roleĀ
- Strong analytical, organizational and follow-up skillsĀ
- Able to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing circumstancesĀ
- Communicative, proactive and results-orientedĀ
- Experience with ERP systems and production planningĀ
- Knowledge of production and logistics processes; cleanroom experience is an advantageĀ
- Understanding of internal processes, procedures and safety regulationsĀ
- Good command of English, both written and spokenĀ
- Affinity with a high-tech production environment
- Work at the forefront of nanofabrication technology, contributing to innovations in research and industry
- A collaborative and supportive team environment
