We are currently seeking aManager, PR to join ourPublic Relations team based in our New York, New York office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to planning and development of campaign strategiesÂ
- Manage and coordinate communication with series cast and cast reps on campaign beats, key dates, interview requests, etc.Â
- Oversee delivery of all assets for press appearances  Â
- Draft and gather written press materials, including releases, tune-in alerts, show descriptions, biosÂ
- Develop and foster relationships with media, pitch assigned media and follow up to secure coverage Â
- Coordinate publicity appearances and interviews with talent and producersÂ
- Assist in coordinating set visits; staff as neededÂ
- Assist in arranging and staffing talent interviewsÂ
- Organize asset calendars and coordinate asset rollout with other key departmentsÂ
- Select and pull series clips for media placement
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in PR or CommunicationsÂ
- 5+ years working in communications or public relations, ideally in the television/entertainment spaceÂ
- Extensive television/film background and knowledge of the entertainment industryÂ
- Strong understanding of traditional media and knowledge of key members of the pressÂ
- Ability to interface effectively with senior executives and staff at all levelsÂ
- General understanding of entertainment industry and celebrities, influencers, etc.Â
- Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving skillsÂ
- Strong managerial skills; ability to delegate and motivate non-direct reportsÂ
- Collaborative leadership style across departments and functionsÂ
- Strong understanding, knowledge of and experience with non-traditional, direct-to-consumer outreachÂ
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlinesÂ
- Self-starter, who is highly organized and a clear communicator with a strong competitive driveÂ
- Ability to develop working relationships with professionals in the TV and film industryÂ
The base compensation range for this position is$80,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience.
