Graphic Designer Trainee

This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to gain hands-on experience within a leading international hospitality company. 
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our Creative Service Desk (CSD) team.  

Location: Madrid
Duration:  6 months
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Internship agreement with university is required.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct support to the Graphic Designer in the team in the execution of day-to-day creative tasks.

• Assist in the design and development of visual assets for digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate in the production of marketing materials, social media content, internal communication pieces, presentations, and branding projects. 

• Help maintain visual consistency across all creative outputs. 

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with fresh ideas and creative input. 

• Prepare working files according to team standards and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline. 
• A portfolio is required; applications submitted without one will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; After Effects is a plus). 
• Strong sense of design, composition, typography, and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. 
• Fluent / Professional level of English (written and spoken). 
• Creativity, initiative, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
