Key Responsibilities:
Stack and store products in a safe and tidy mannerĀ
Merchandise products according to laid down standardsĀ
Correctly price random weight/loose selling itemsĀ
Check correct pricing e.g. labelsĀ
Check quality, rotate stock, remove expired stockĀ
Prevent wastage/shrinkage/damagesĀ
Check temperatures/maintain the cold chain (if applicable)Ā
Adhere to and maintain security proceduresĀ
Operate and clean equipment according to laid down standardsĀ
Approach and advise customers on the product, listen to customersā requests, provide the required product or services and handle customers in a courteous and business-like mannerĀ
Process all customer orders according the correct procedures and service standardsĀ
Promote productsĀ
