About the Position 

We have the perfect opportunity foran experiencedMaterial Planner.The role will primarily reportinto the Material Planning Senior Manager.This is a hands-on role in afast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver.  

This person willhave a broad range of responsibilitiesacross all aspects ofMaterialPlanning.We are looking for someone whodoesn't need any motivation to develop, aself-starter, who is hungry to continually improveMaterial planning & Supply chain operations.You will be workingclose together with variousbusiness partnersin ourBusiness units,GBS & GlobalOperations teams as well as cross functionally with Procurement & external suppliers. 

In brief, you willbe responsible for: 

• Executes Short, medium & long-term replenishment strategies for assigned materials whileoptimizing the balance between supply availability and inventory investment. 

• Works cross functionally with Marketing, Procurement, R&D, Suppliers, Qualityand Finance teams on commercializing Materialchange management initiatives, ensuring materialavailability  

• Supports inventory reduction initiatives entailing optimization of SAP MRP parameters, total supply chain process improvement, and application of lean principles.  

• Collaborate cross-functionally withSupply planning,Manufacturing, andProcurement teams to align supply chain activities. 

• Analyze andoptimizeMRP processes,identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. 

• Determines supplier capacity constraints and executesappropriate contingency plans tomaintain supply when capacity isexceeded  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply ChainManagement,Engineering,Business or related field 

• 4+ Years SupplyChain experiencepreferably within FMCG 

• Strongknowledge of S&OP, SupplyandMaterial Planning principles    

• Proficiency in SupplyChain & Supply ChainPlanning software & tools preferred(OMP, Kinaxis, O9 or SAP APO) 

• Proventrack record to drivecontinuous improvement and operationalexcellence
