Senior Java Developer with .NET and Angular

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Java Developer with strong .NET and Angular skills to join our team.

In this role, you will design and build complete technical solutions aligned with business needs, focusing on scalability, resilience, security, and overall quality. You will write clean, maintainable code, apply sound architectural principles, and contribute to robust, reliable deployments across our systems.

This is a hands-on senior position that combines backend development (primarily Java and .NET), frontend work with Angular, cloud-based design, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular (approx. 70% backend / 30% frontend split)
• Build and support solutions on .NET / .NET Core, integrated with Angular frontends
• Write clean, maintainable code, identify and address technical debt, and apply best practices such as refactoring and modular design
• Select and apply appropriate design patterns, justifying their use and promoting best practices across the team
• Design complete technical solutions aligned with business goals, factoring in scalability, resilience, security, and quality attributes
• Design secure, resilient API integrations, managing versioning and applying messaging patterns
• Design and apply cloud components to build scalable, efficient distributed solutions
• Define and apply effective version control strategies, resolving complex conflicts and fostering collaboration
• Design container-based solutions, optimizing images and managing orchestration and security
• Build and maintain robust automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality, traceability, and reliable deployments
• Design efficient relational data models, optimize queries, and ensure referential integrity
• Design NoSQL solutions suited to the use case, managing performance and consistency
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to validate functionality and reduce defects
• Perform basic system monitoring, identify alerts, and respond to incidents following established protocols (SRE practices)
• Apply security principles, manage secrets, and ensure compliance with regulations such as PCI-DSS and GDPR

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and Angular
• Solid experience with .NET / .NET Core
• Experience working with Oracle databases
• Experience with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) / enterprise service bus (ESB) environments
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and their practical application
• Proven experience designing secure, resilient API integrations
• Solid cloud development skills and experience building distributed, scalable solutions
• Strong version control skills, including resolving complex merge conflicts
• Experience with containers, image optimization, and orchestration
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong relational and NoSQL database design skills
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Working knowledge of basic system monitoring and incident response (SRE)
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR)
• Excellent communication skills: able to clearly explain technical work to different audiences and actively participate in meetings and reviews
• Strong teamwork skills: shares progress and blockers proactively, adapts to different working styles, and contributes positively to team dynamics

Nice to have

• AI tooling certification, ideally in GitHub Copilot (certifications in Claude, Gemini, GPT, Grok, or similar also valued)
• Experience in solution architecture, designing end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business needs
