About the role  
We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientedHR Generalist to join our HR team in Poznań on a replacement contract for approximately1.5-2 years. In this role, you will support core HR processes, work closely with managers and business stakeholders, and ensure the accuracy of HR data and employee-related processes across the organization.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Analyze and maintain HR data to support business decisions and people processes.
Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, analyses, and presentations.
Advise managers and employees on employment-related matters and labor law practices.
Partner with leaders to address day-to-day employees and organizational challenges.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
As a back up maintain employee data and support HR processes within our HR systems.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, HR procedures, and labour law requirements.
Participate in HR projects and support the implementation of new people-related initiatives.

About you 
We would like you to have/be:
Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar HR role.
Practical knowledge of Polish labour law.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports.
Fluency in Polish, both written and spoken.
Experience working with HR systems.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to build strong relationships with managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
