Senior AI Engineer with AWS and Databricks

We are looking for a hands-onSenior AI Engineer with strong production experience on AWS and Databricks to design, build, deploy, and support AI/ML solutions across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered enterprise-grade AI products using Databricks-native capabilities and has hands-on ownership of AI agents and Gen AI solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions across the full software development lifecycle
• Develop and implement AI agents and Gen AI solutions for enterprise-grade use cases
• Own AI solutions end-to-end, from model development and deployment to monitoring and support
• Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and data products
• Work with large-scale data to build and support production AI workloads
• Optimize AI models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Manage model governance, versioning, and lifecycle using MLflow
• Leverage Databricks-native capabilities, including Feature Store, Model Serving, Lakehouse AI, and Unity Catalog
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business and technical requirements
• Monitor and maintain AI solutions in production, ensuring reliability and performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on production-grade solutions
• Expertise in AI agents development and Gen AI solutions development
• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services and Databricks
• Skills in MLflow, Feature Store, and Model Serving
• Knowledge of Lakehouse AI and Unity Catalog
• Background in integrating AI capabilities into business applications and data products
• Understanding of large-scale data processing and production AI workload management
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock
