iollo was founded by Daniel Gomari (PhD Computational Biology, Stanford) and Prof. Mike Snyder (Stanford Genetics, 900+ publications) after watching pharma companies spend millions and months making R&D decisions that could be computed in days. We built Quinn to fix that. Quinn is an AI scientist that runs autonomous scientific workflows and delivers high-stakes R&D decisions to Fortune 500 pharma companies.

### **The role**

Lead how Quinn enters the pharma R&D market at the executive level.

Pharma R&D leadership makes program-critical decisions every week: which drugs to advance, what to develop next, how to design the next trial. Quinn delivers those decisions in days instead of months, across areas like oncology, immunology, rare disease, and more. Deals are enterprise, multi-stakeholder, and scientifically complex. The opportunity: pharma is a relationship-driven market, and the best partnerships start with executive-level trust built over years.

### **What you'll do**

* Build relationships with pharma R&D leadership
* Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement alongside our team
* Translate what you learn from partners into product and scientific direction
* Help land enterprise partnerships that require executive-level trust

### **What you'll need**

* 10+ years in pharma or biotech with active, trust-based executive relationships
* Experience bringing new technology or services into pharma R&D workflows
* Scientific literacy to discuss drug development decisions credibly
* A background in life sciences consulting, biotech BD, or pharma-focused SaaS
* Personally generated or influenced $10M+ in enterprise partnerships or revenue

* Have worked across multiple large pharma organizations, not just one

* **First 30 days:** Active executive conversations with pharma R&D leadership. First qualified partnerships in motion.
