As a Sales Director (West) at QuickLaunch Analytics,you’ll be a strategic sales professional who will target and close new business through customer vision expansion. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work to understand prospects’ pain points and align with the internal team to develop and present the ideal solution to fit their needs. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. Â

WhatYou’ll Do Â
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals. Â
- Develop andmaintain strong customer relationships, including conducting needs assessments and delivering compelling sales presentations. Â
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall companyobjectives.  Â
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales management, forecasting, and pipeline management. Â
- Align with partnership ecosystem to help drive and close new logo wins within your territory.Â
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, pipeline, and win rates. Â
- Achieve quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales quotaÂ

Who You Are Â
- 5+ years in anew logoacquisition (hunting) sales role.  Â
- Experience managing and developing a territory of target accounts. Â
- Proven success meeting quarterly and annual salesquota through hunting andacquiring net new customers. Â
- Knowledge and experience with CRM, and Sales Enablement applications (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo IO)Â
- Strong Experience prospecting, driving, orchestrating, and closing complex sales cycles within Analytics, Data, Governance, or Modern
Technology.Â
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling orMEDDPICCÂ
- A growth-mindset, consistently working to improve your skills and adaptin a constantly changing environment.Â
- Excellent communication,negotiation and relationship-building skills withan ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.Â
- Youpossess the following traits: passion, integrity, trust, leadership,discipline and execution.Â
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Power BI, Fabric,ect) strongly preferred.Â

Education –Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencerequired; Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline is preferred.Â
