Senior Billing Associate

QUESTEL  is an international software services company (in SaaS mode) and intellectuals dedicated to industrial property, and more particularly to patents. Our range of services covers the whole cycle of innovation (from idea to production, competitive intelligence, technology research, inventions management, asset portfolio management PI, licensing evaluation, etc.). We have a unique, international database that enables analysis, mapping and sharing of information, as well as consulting and training services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for autonomous, dynamic, and dedicatedTeam Player, who will take ownership of the following activities :

• Day-to-daycommunication in English both internally as well as externally – Clients, Sales, Accounting,
• Credit Management, other internal teams
• Complete processing of the invoices in ERP and other related systems
• Submitting invoices in various portals
• Modifying Ledes invoices
• Intercompany invoicing within Questel Group
• Client accounts creation, completing client onboarding forms
• Client accrual requests
• Responding to financial and contractual requests, including cooperation with external auditors
• Preparing miscellaneous reports/analysis

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and experience:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable/billing/sales administration 
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred                       
• Experience in working in multinational environment
• IT knowledge - proficiency in Excel, accounting software, ERP systems – Exact would be an advantage)
