About the Role

We're looking for a Quality Systems Auditor who develops, implements, and maintains our Quality Management System while keeping quality at the heart of everything we do. You'll work across manufacturing processes and products, ensure compliance with customer and industry standards, and partner with our teams to continuously improve what we deliver.

What You'll Do

• Plan, implement, maintain, and report on internal audits of manufacturing processes and products via Control Plan — then deliver findings to Executive Management
• Submit PPAP packages per Customer Specific Requirements and maintain APQP documentation
• Actively participate in Complaint Management procedures to achieve organizational goals
• Develop, generate, implement, and improve our Quality Management System
• Facilitate Quality Focus Training initiatives and serve as an internal adviser for industry recognized standards
• Work cross-functionally in the Advanced Product Quality Planning process for assigned programs
• Assist Product Quality Engineers in Supplier Development activities
• Participate in company MBO initiatives and manage Fast Response Log activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of quality experience, OR Associate's degree plus 4 years of experience, OR 6 years of equivalent field experience
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Experience in plant conditions, including exposure to noise, fumes, and temperature extremes
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and customer-specific requirements
• Ability to work both in plant and office environments (~50/50)
