Quality Moments is seeking an engaging and team-orientated Training Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality training across our Senior Care programs. This role is instrumental in ensuring team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to provide exceptional behavioral health services to adults in skilled nursing and assisted living environments. The Training Specialist plays a key role in advancing the mission of Quality Moments by delivering effective, client-centered training and ensuring staff are prepared to meet service expectations, compliance standards, and documentation requirements. This position collaborates closely with Compliance, Human Resources, Clinical Leadership, and Operations to support learning initiatives and promote excellence in care delivery.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on behavioral health best practices, agency policies, procedures, and workflows
- Provide instruction on clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment planning
- Support onboarding, ongoing training, and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and implement learning solutions
- Ensure training aligns with agency standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
- Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles in both in-person and virtual environments
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and high-quality service deliveryÂ
RequirementsÂ
- Experience in education, behavioral health, social services, or a related field preferredÂ
- Desire to work within skilled nursing facility environmentÂ
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation requirementsÂ
- Some in-state travel required with occasional overnight travelÂ
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance meeting state minimum requirementsÂ
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checksÂ
