Responsibilities
- Â Input and manage data for Quality Assurance and maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systemsÂ
- Register code vessels with The National Board through our AIW/3rd party inspection companyÂ
- Â Create and maintain Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF QMS documentation for each product we manufactureÂ
-  Learn and navigate internal software systems (e.g., SharePoint or other electronic systems) • Support supervisors and managers in meeting deadlines with accuracy and timeliness • Maintain consistent communication with leadership, proactively reporting issues or changesÂ
- Manage and organize all project quality documents, including inspection records, test records, material certifications, and as-built packages to meet contract and client requirements for delivery.Â
- Coordinate document submittals and track approval status with clients and third-party inspectors
- Provide occasional backup support for customer service and receptionist functions, as needed, without interfering with core QA dutiesÂ
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements, incident reporting, and stop-work authority when safety protocols cannot be met
Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance, administrative, or compliance role preferredÂ
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel is required. Familiarity with AI technology usage is a plus.Â
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
 • Highly organized with strong time management skills and a professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of ASME and API codes is a plus
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• A true team player with a high level of dedication, willingness to learn, reliability, and honesty
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
