About the Role


QORE is looking for a highly driven and organised Sales Development Representative to be the critical first point of contact for all new leads generated by our marketing team. This role is fast-paced and process-driven, focused on rapid response, accurate qualification, and seamless handover to our senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and schedule a call with every new lead within a timely manner
  • Check each new lead against existing client records to avoid duplicate outreach
  • Creatively and persistently follow up with unresponsive leads, with the goal of securing a scheduled video call with a senior sales team member
  • Create and maintain a deal record on the CRM for every lead, ready for assignment to a salesperson once a call is scheduled
  • Keep the CRM fully organised and updated with accurate, real-time progress on every lead
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and relevance to help refine targeting
  • Maintain a high standard of attentiveness and follow-through across a high volume of leads
  • Highly organised, driven, and attentive to detail
  • Strong follow-up skills and creativity in re-engaging unresponsive contacts
  • Comfortable working to tight time-sensitive targets (e.g., 1-hour response window)
  • Good communication skills across call, message, and email
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid, primarily office-based)

Desirable (Advantageous, Not Essential)

  • Some knowledge of the payments industry (high-risk payments a plus)
  • Prior experience in a sales development, lead qualification, or customer-facing role
