Responsibilities

Pick up new leads quickly

  • Oversee and manage the intake of inbound leads across inbox, LinkedIn, trade-show scans and website forms.
  • Ensure response within four working hours and accurate CRM entry.

Ask the right questions

  • Telegram handle or other preferred contact channel.
  • Company website and licence type.
  • Years in business and yearly betting turnover.
  • Current payment partners and pain points.

Fill in the CRM

  • Ensure all required fields are completed: role, country, licence, turnover band.
  • Qualify and tier each lead as Tier 1, Tier 2, or "Park" based on our Ideal Customer Profile.

Move the lead forward

  • Own the lead pipeline and decide when to schedule a discovery call or route directly to On-boarding.
  • Send a timely reminder and a relevant case study one day before the call.

Keep data clean

  • Oversee CRM hygiene: merge duplicates, remove bounced contacts, and enforce GDPR consent standards.

Work with Marketing and Sales

  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews with the CMO and Sales team.
  • Drive alignment between Marketing and Sales by identifying the highest-performing channels and messaging.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a commercial role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
  • Strong knowledge of payments and iGaming terminology (KYC, chargebacks, PSP).
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and prioritise a high-volume pipeline.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Instantly, or a comparable outreach tool.
  • A second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian.
  • Prior experience in theiGaming industry is a major bonus and will be prioritised in the selection process.
