Responsibilities:Â
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations and ensure smooth execution of ongoing activities and campaigns Â
- Assist in media planning and campaign coordination across multiple channelsÂ
- Communicate with external suppliers, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assetsÂ
- Coordinate directly with designers to brief, review, and finalize marketing materials across digital and offline channels Â
- Support and coordinate event-related activities together with the Event Manager, including logistics, production, branding materials, and follow-ups Â
- Oversee and guide the New Business Manager in daily operational tasks, lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-up execution Â
- Support execution and optimization of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms Â
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure alignment with approved marketing strategy and business goals Â
- Keep all stakeholders aligned by coordinating communication between marketing, sales, and external partners Â
- Track progress of tasks and campaigns to ensure deadlines are met and execution quality remains high Â
- Review deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines Â
- Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, assets, suppliers, and operational processes Â
- Step in to resolve operational issues quickly and keep execution moving efficiently Â
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, digital marketingÂ
- Experience participating in media planning and campaign coordination across multiple channelsÂ
- Hands-on experience with:Â Â
- Google Ads Â
- Meta Ads Manager Â
- LinkedIn Ads Â
- Email marketing platforms and campaign execution Â
- Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management systems, including lead tracking, pipeline management, follow-up coordination, and marketing-to-sales lead flow managementÂ
- Ability to confidently explain and defend marketing decisions and execution approaches using data and campaign results Â
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills with proactive ownership mindsetÂ
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple parallel workflows Â
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control and data accuracy across all deliverables Â
