About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our Marketing team in Serbia.
You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, responsible for capturing, qualifying, and preparing them for handoff to our Sales team.
This is a key role that sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, working closely with our CMO to drive pipeline quality and growth.
Responsibilities
Pick up new leads quickly
- Manage the intake of inbound leads across inbox, LinkedIn, trade-show scans and website forms
- Ensure response within four working hours and accurate CRM entry

Ask the right questions
- Collect key information: Telegram handle or preferred contact channel, company website and licence type, years in business, yearly betting turnover, current payment partners and pain points
Fill in the CRM
- Ensure all required fields are completed: role, country, licence, turnover band
- Qualify and tier each lead as Tier 1, Tier 2, or "Park" based on our Ideal Customer Profile

Move the lead forward
- Ā Track lead progress and coordinate timely handoff to the Sales team
- Send a reminder and a relevant case study one day before a scheduled call

Keep data clean
- Maintain CRM hygiene: merge duplicates, remove bounced contacts, enforce GDPR consent standards
Ā
Work with Marketing and Sales
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with the CMO and Sales team
- Support alignment between Marketing and Sales by tracking channel performance and messaging effectiveness
- 3ā5 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or demand generation
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level)
- Knowledge of payments and iGaming terminology (KYC, chargebacks, PSP)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage high volumes of leads independently
Nice to have
- Experience with Apollo.io, Instantly, or a comparable outreach tool
- A second language: Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
