Business Development Manager

About the Role
QORE is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base within the high-risk payments space. This role is based in our Limassol, Cyprus office (hybrid arrangement, primarily office-based) and is client-facing and travel-heavy, combining outbound conversion of provided leads with relationship-building at international industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert and manage assigned leads through multiple channels: face-to-face meetings, messaging/email outreach, and video calls
- Represent Altitude Pay at industry expos and conventions internationally throughout the year, generating and following up on new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the payments and high-risk merchant space
- Keep the CRM fully organised and up to date, tracking all lead activity, pipeline stages, and client communications
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company policies
- Act as a knowledgeable first point of contact for clients on the technical integration process, explaining the general flow clearly (detailed technical support provided by internal teams)
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback
- Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid, primarily office-based)
- Fluent English required; Russian language skills strongly preferred, not essential
- Proven background in business development, sales, or account management
- Knowledge of or experience within the high-risk payments industry is important
- Comfortable with frequent international travel for expos and client meetings
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident, professional communicator across in-person, written, and video channels
- Highly organised, with good CRM discipline

- Working knowledge of payment gateway/technical integration processes (full training provided)
