Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise inIFS (an iPipeline product), service request management, deployments, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with related modules and proficiency iniGrafx workflows to streamline business processes and ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supportIFS/iPipeline product implementations across business units.
• Handleservice requests and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Overseedeployment activities, including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimizerelated modules.
• Design, document, and maintainworkflows using iGrafx for process automation and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge ofIFS/iPipeline product suite.
• Experience inservice request handling anddeployment management.
• Familiarity withrelated modules and their integration points.
• Proficiency inworkflow design tools, particularly iGrafx.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience infinancial services or insurance domain.
• Exposure toprocess optimization and automation projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices for service management.
