Senior Software Developer

We're hiring an Senior Software Developer to join our crew at QOCO Systems!

We’re looking for developers who areAI-native in their approach to software development. Developers who actively leverage AI tooling to boost productivity, while still maintaining strong engineering fundamentals.

At QOCO, we develop SaaS solutions that help global airlines and MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) turn complex data into smooth operations and reduced aircraft downtime. As an AI-Native Developer, you’ll play a key role in building scalable systems and helping us rethink how modern software is developed.

What you’ll be doing

• Building scalable SaaS solutions usingC#/.NET or Node.js on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend

• Working in anAI-native development environment, using tools such asCopilot and Claude Code

• Exploring and adoptingnew AI-driven development tools that improve productivity and engineering efficiency

• Contributing to thetechnical direction and architecture of our core products

• Collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

What we’re looking for

• Strong full-stack development skills

• Solid experience withNode.js or C#/.NET on the backend

• Experience withTypeScript and React

• AI-native mindset: actively using AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and rethink traditional engineering workflows.

• Experience withDocker and cloud environments

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Fluent inEnglish, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience designingscalable software architectures

• Knowledge ofsecure software design/cybersecurity
