Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e)Associé(e) bilingue aux services aux patients (français/anglais) afin de soutenir les Programmes de soutien aux patients (PSP) partout au Canada. Il s’agit d’un poste administratif et de soutien à la clientèle de niveau débutant, axé sur l’exactitude des données, l’inscription des patients et les communications avec les patients ainsi que les professionnels de la santé.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion des renseignements sur les patients, de la réponse aux demandes de renseignements et du soutien aux activités opérationnelles du programme afin d’assurer une prestation de services rapide, conforme et de grande qualité. Il s’agit d’un posteentièrement à distance, ouvert aux candidats résidant dans n’importe quelle province canadienne,sans déplacement requis.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Saisir et maintenir avec exactitude les donnĂ©es des patients et des programmes dans les systèmes internes.
  • Soutenir les activitĂ©s d’inscription, d’intĂ©gration et de mise Ă  jour des dossiers des patients.
  • GĂ©rer les communications entrantes et sortantes (tĂ©lĂ©phone, courriel, tĂ©lĂ©copieur) en français et en anglais.
  • VĂ©rifier l’exactitude et l’intĂ©gralitĂ© des renseignements sur les patients et les professionnels de la santĂ©.
  • RĂ©pondre aux demandes courantes provenant des patients, des professionnels de la santĂ© et des parties prenantes.
  • Assurer le suivi et la documentation des activitĂ©s du programme, y compris les dossiers requis en matière de sĂ©curitĂ© et de conformitĂ©.
  • Établir les prioritĂ©s et respecter les dĂ©lais de service dans un environnement Ă  volume Ă©levĂ©.
  • Respecter les procĂ©dures opĂ©rationnelles normalisĂ©es (PON), les exigences relatives Ă  la confidentialitĂ© ainsi que les exigences de conformitĂ©.
  • Participer Ă  la production de rapports, Ă  la validation des donnĂ©es et Ă  diverses tâches administratives.
  • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes internes afin d’assurer une prestation harmonieuse des services de soutien aux patients.

Exigences de base

  • DiplĂ´me d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
  • De 0 Ă  1 an d’expĂ©rience en service Ă  la clientèle, en administration, en saisie de donnĂ©es ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • MaĂ®trise du français et de l’anglais, tant Ă  l’oral qu’à l’écrit, obligatoire.
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en saisie de donnĂ©es et en informatique (p. ex., Microsoft Office, systèmes CRM).
  • Grande rigueur et souci du dĂ©tail.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  suivre des processus, des procĂ©dures et des lignes directrices en matière de conformitĂ©.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement de travail Ă  distance.

Compétences et expérience souhaitées

  • ExpĂ©rience dans un centre d’appels, dans le domaine de la santĂ© ou au sein d’un Programme de soutien aux patients (PSP).
  • Connaissance de la terminologie mĂ©dicale et du système de santĂ© canadien.
  • ExpĂ©rience liĂ©e aux assurances, aux programmes de remboursement ou aux programmes d’aide aux patients.

About the Role

We are hiring aBilingual Patient Services Associate (French/English) to support Patient Support Programs (PSPs) across Canada. This is an entry-level administrative and customer support role focused on data accuracy, patient enrollment, and communication with patients and healthcare providers.

In this position, you will manage patient information, respond to inquiries, and support program operations to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. This is afully remote position open to candidates residing in any Canadian province, with no travel requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Enter and maintain accurate patient and program data in internal systems.
  • Support patient enrollment, onboarding, and case updates.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, fax) in both English and French.
  • Verify patient and healthcare provider information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from patients, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Track and document program activities, including required safety and compliance records.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet service-level timelines in a high-volume environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with reporting, data validation, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient support delivery.

Basic Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service, administration, data entry, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a call centre, healthcare, or Patient Support Program (PSP) environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the Canadian healthcare system.
  • Exposure to insurance, reimbursement, or patient assistance programs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Experience supporting patients, healthcare providers, or other customer groups in a service-oriented environment.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere in Canada.
  • No travel required.
  • Desk-based role requiring extended computer and telephone use.
  • Fast-paced, high-volume environment with defined processes and deadlines.
  • Program operating hours are8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. Candidates must be available to work scheduled shifts within these hours.
  • Must maintain a private and secure workspace that supports confidentiality and compliance requirements.

$36,200 - $60,300
