Location: Toronto- Hybrid- 4 Days Onsite

Role: QA Lead
We are looking for an experiencedQA Lead to oversee testing, automation, and system reliability initiatives. The role involves definingDR testing strategies, managingtest case design and execution, and buildingautomation frameworks and health-checks.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement DR testing strategy.
  • Create, map, and manage test cases.
  • Develop automation and system health-checks.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards.
  • Lead QA team and report on test results.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in QA, 3+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of DR testing, automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.), and CI/CD.
  • Skilled in test case creation and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Nice to Have: Cloud testing experience, performance testing (JMeter/LoadRunner), and domain knowledge in finance/insurance/healthcare.
