Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of total professional experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Agent development.
- Strong expertise in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, context engineering, and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience developing autonomous, tool-using, planning, and multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, observability tools, and AI guardrails.
