Python Developer

Location: within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC - 3 days on site mandatory in a week

Pay Range: $65-$70/Hr.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 from Day 1

Introduction

This role requires a specific start date and will require resources that can meet the outlined start date. The position serves as a key technical contributor for the EIT Core Automation Platform (ECAP), responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting automation solutions that enable platform stability, scalability, and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data platforms such as Starburst/Trino.
• Experience with OpenShift, Redis, and object storage technologies.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
• Experience working in Agile teams and supporting production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical leadership skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices.
• Support execution of the ECAP roadmap.
• Provide critical technical expertise and delivery support for a highly visible platform.
• Support platform stability, modernization initiatives, migration efforts, and successful execution of business and technology objectives.
