§ Hands on developer capable of debugging the system and fixing the production related issues.

§ Implements solutions that are aligned with business/IT strategies and complies with Nuveen's Architectural standards.
§ Resolves complex application and technical problems.
§ Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies; Provides mentoring and training to more junior staff.
§ Handles complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changes.
§ Investigate, analyze and document reported defects
§ Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates that meet SDLC standards
§ Leads and develops complex architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.
§ Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
§ Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
§ Delivers solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, and applications across the enterprise.
§ Communicates the design of the technical architecture clearly to other leaders within the organization.
§ Designs the development and implementation of the overall architecture, and helps define "blueprint" for technical architecture to support mission needs.
