Reservations Specialist

The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the booking process by managing client, agent and owner need and assisting guests of Barbados Sotheby’s International Realty throughout their booking process from enquiry to departure.  This includes any additional requirements or organization of activities while on island and as requested by the guest to save them time and make their holiday as effortless and stress-free as possible.  In addition, you will be expected to assist the Manager - Sales, Rentals and Marketing with creating new or updating existing policies and procedures and assisting other Reservation Specialists with the booking process as needed.

This role requires very good organizational and communication skills as well as positive, ongoing relationships with team members within the company across all departments, various industry partners and service providers such as tour operators, local and international agents, restaurants, car companies and other excursions.
