Airtronics, an Aerospace and Aviation company specializing in repair, overhaul, manufacturing and machining of products in support of various U.S. Department of Defense Agencies are looking for a motivated and dependable Purchasing Agent / Scheduling Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position that is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities:• Assist with purchasing materials, supplies, and services• Create and track purchase orders• Coordinate and maintain production and delivery schedules• Communicate with vendors and internal departments• Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding items• Maintain accurate records and documentation• Help identify and resolve scheduling or purchasing issues• Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day• Perform general administrative and organizational duties as needed Qualifications:• Entry-level; previous purchasing experience is a plus but not required• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision• Ability to manage your own time and prioritize tasks• Strong multitasking skills• Good written and verbal communication skills• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Excel proficiency.•Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
