Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
A. AI Strategy, Transformation and Capability Development
- Support the development and implementation of AI x PST initiatives that advance Public Service Transformation.
- Identify opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can improve public service delivery, organisational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
- Design, coordinate and implement AI-PST-related projects, pilots and initiatives in collaboration with partner agencies and Whole-of-Government partners.
- Develop practical resources, frameworks and guidance to support AI adoption and responsible implementation across the Public Service.
- Monitor emerging AI trends, technologies and public sector practices to inform policies, programmes and future initiatives.
- Support capability development efforts by designing and delivering workshops, learning journeys, communities of practice and engagement activities.
B. Innovation and Ecosystem Development
- Design and support innovation programmes and platforms, including the Innovation Hub and other transformation initiatives, that encourage experimentation, collaboration and problem-solving across the Public Service.
- Curate innovation opportunities, challenge statements and collaborative projects that address public sector priorities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, academia, industry and technology partners to strengthen the AI and innovation ecosystem.
- Support the planning and delivery of innovation events, showcases, engagements and strategic partnerships.
C. Stakeholder Engagement and Programme Management
- Engage diverse stakeholders across the Public Service to build alignment and drive successful implementation of AI and innovation initiatives.
- Coordinate projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, effective governance and quality outcomes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.

- You excel at transforming stakeholders into active partners through collaborative design processes and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- You demonstrate exceptional ability to facilitate meaningful engagement, create genuine buy-in for emerging solutions, and maintain strategic momentum when working with incomplete information and evolving parameters.
