This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).Role Overview
- Part-time (3 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes: Terre Haute and Green Castle, Indiana
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $57,783 - $69,340 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Indiana LMHC or LMFT
- LCSW not considered at this time
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- New grads accepted
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
