We’re now looking for aSenior Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of transformative Salesforce solutions and help our clients achieve meaningful outcomes—especially as we deepen our expertise in Agentforce and AI-driven service experiences.

Must-haves:

• 3+ Salesforce certifications (Sales and Service Cloud Consultant are essential)

• Strong background in business analysis and facilitating client workshops

• Proven ability to identify and propose multiple tailored solutions

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and implementation best practices

• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Have experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud

• Are familiar withAgentforce and passionate about its potential to revolutionise customer service

• Have worked in Agile teams (especially with Scrum)
