Job Description :
Primavera P6 Scheduler
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines.
● Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines.
● Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders.
● Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones.
● Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
● Develop/ Maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends.
● Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and work with project teams to develop recovery strategies.
● Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain schedule alignment.
Qualifications
● Minimum 3–5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.
● Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
● Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules
● Experience in utilities and/or EPC projects strongly preferred.
● Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls.
● Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
Work Location
● Preference will be given to local candidates.
● Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in person and 2 days remote per week.
