A Scrum Master that oversees and manages aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between the Development Team and Product Owner/Product Manager. Core responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining Jira Structures to surface real‐time performance metrics; building and automating sophisticated Excel reports using visuals such as pivot tables for resource utilization, risk registers, and variance analysis; analyzing extensive Jira and IMS data to produce concise, data‐rich status reports, forecasts, and executive summaries that translate technical metrics into strategic business recommendations; and developing automated monitoring mechanisms, to flag schedule slippage, resource constraints, and quality deviations for timely intervention. In addition, the role involves leading daily stand‐ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while coaching the team on Scrum principles; and continuously identifying opportunities to streamline Scrum and reporting processes using analytics, thereby increasing productivity and transparency.
